Surface Coating Process
The steel frame of the bank security booth undergoes multiple anti-corrosion pre-treatment processes, including oil removal, rust removal, acid washing, and phosphating, to remove oxidation layers and surface impurities.
The outdoor electrostatic powder coating is cured at high temperature to form a durable surface layer. The coating is thick and uniform with good adhesion, providing resistance to rain exposure, sunlight, aging, and corrosion. It is suitable for long-term outdoor use with reduced risk of fading, peeling, or cracking.
