Archival Compact Shelving
Vault Door Support
Mobile Shelving Support Archival compact shelving is dedicated storage equipment for archives. It is suitable for centralized storage and management of paper‑based archives, documents and dossiers in government institutions, enterprises, schools, hospitals and other premises. Adopting mobile compact rack structure, cabinets open and close along tracks to save floor space and improve storage capacity and tidiness of archive rooms. It is a common supporting storage device for standardized archive rooms.
Structural Features
1. The rack adopts assembled modular construction. It can be freely combined and arranged according to site dimensions to fit various archive‑room layouts.
2. Manual hand‑crank drive is applied for opening and closing. The transmission parts fit tightly with even cranking resistance for smooth movement, delivering labor‑saving and convenient daily operation.
3. Enclosure panels or door structures can be installed on rack sides upon request. Good overall enclosure performance protects stored documents inside.
4. Recessed track installation ensures stable travelling. Racks move without jamming or offset for reliable operation.
5. Split base frame enables easy disassembly and assembly. It adapts to indoor floor conditions and facilitates transportation, on‑site assembly and commissioning.
6. Well‑designed shelf load capacity meets regular dense archival storage. Reinforced load‑bearing structures are available on request for heavy‑duty applications.
Safety Features
1. Global locking mechanism is equipped for the whole group. Full closure locking prevents unauthorized access and secures archival materials.
2. Independent braking device is fitted for each single bay. Locked single bay cannot be moved to avoid collision caused by mis‑operation.
3. Buffer protection accessories are mounted at rack joint positions to absorb closing impact and reduce equipment wear.
4. Anti‑disengagement and anti‑toppling limit structures are arranged on top and bottom to lower risks of rack tilting and displacement.
Human‑Centered Design
1. Dust‑proof cover is fitted at cabinet top to block falling dust and keep internal archives clean.
2. Label slots are provided for each bay for classification tags, assisting partitioned storage and document retrieval.
3. Foldable crank handle can be retracted against the rack when idle. It saves aisle space and prevents bump injuries.
4. Adjustable shelf spacing accommodates archive boxes, folders and document books of different heights.
Surface Coating Process
The whole unit is formed by one‑piece bending of cold‑rolled steel sheet for solid structure. Steel plates go through multi‑step pre‑treatment including degreasing, rust removal, pickling and phosphating to eliminate impurities and oxide layers.Eco‑friendly electrostatic powder spraying is adopted and cured under high temperature. Coating features uniform adhesion with resistance to peeling and chipping. It delivers decent moisture‑proof, rust‑proof and wear‑resistant performance. Smooth and even cabinet appearance matches multiple office decoration styles.

Dimensions & Specifications
1. Standard unit dimension: H2250mm × W850mm × D500mm, supplied with five adjustable shelves. Layer quantity and height can be modified per requirements.
2. All‑steel frame with solid section steel tracks finished with anti‑rust treatment for wear resistance under frequent opening‑closing cycles.
3. Reinforced cold‑rolled steel uprights are stamped with dense adjusting holes to support flexible shelf height adjustment for diversified storage needs.
4. Spliced and reinforced chassis with firm welding ensures even force distribution and resists deformation and wobble in long‑term use.
5. Transmission system consists of precision sprockets, chains and silent bearings. Small transmission clearance brings smooth, quiet travelling and long service life.
6. Reinforced bent shelves bear load evenly and resist bending under dense archival storage.
7. Side panels, end panels and back panels are cut and bent from standard steel sheets with uniform assembly gaps for sound enclosure performance.
8. Sealing strips are installed at rack joints to narrow gaps and improve dust‑proof, moisture‑proof and light‑shielding performance.
9. Rat‑proof and dust‑proof baffles are fitted at cabinet bottom, working with top dust‑proof components to provide multi‑directional protection for internal archives.
10. The whole set complies with general manufacturing standards for archive‑room equipment for regular office archival storage scenarios.
