Safety Features
1. Equipped with intelligent infrared detection protection system to monitor personnel inside aisles; rack closing and movement will be disabled when people are present.
2. Intelligent anti‑pinch and obstacle‑triggered stop functions are available. The unit will cut off power and stop upon obstruction to reduce equipment safety risks.
3. Hierarchical permission unlocking and electronic locking are supported for designated‑person management and standardized archive access procedures.

Surface Coating Process
The whole cabinet is formed by one‑piece bending of cold‑rolled steel sheets. Sheets go through multi‑step anti‑corrosion treatments including degreasing, rust removal, pickling and phosphating to remove surface oxides and impurities.Eco‑friendly electrostatic powder spraying is applied and cured at high temperature. The coating shows uniform adhesion with smooth and delicate surface, featuring rust‑resistance, moisture‑resistance and wear‑resistance. Cabinets adopt plain and unified tones to match decoration environments of various standardized archive rooms.
