Electric Compact Shelving
Vault Door Support
Mobile Shelving Support Electric compact shelving is fully‑automatic electrically‑controlled archival storage equipment. It is mainly used for mass‑volume document storage scenarios such as large‑scale archives, government agency archive rooms, institutional document repositories and financial archive libraries. Electric drive replaces manual cranking. The electronic control system realizes automatic opening and closing of racks to reduce manual labor intensity, suitable for regular and high‑frequency archive management in repositories.
Structural Features
1. Adopting pure electric drive structure without manual cranking. Racks are moved and opened‑closed by electronic control system for easy and labor‑saving operation.
2. The rack is an all‑steel assembled frame with tight joints and neat construction. Multiple units can be installed in series according to repository space.
3. Standard industrial tracks are laid to deliver smooth rack travel with reliable start‑stop buffer performance.
4. Motor drive components are built‑in and concealed without occupying storage space, keeping neat and unified cabinet appearance.
5. Separately‑assembled shelves support flexible spacing adjustment to fit various stored items including archive boxes, dossiers and voucher documents.
6. Good overall tightness with uniform gaps after rack closure, helping maintain a dry and clean storage environment for archives.
Safety Features
1. Equipped with infrared sensing protection system. Racks stop automatically when personnel stay in aisles to avoid pinching hazards.
2. Overload protection and power‑failure protection are available. The equipment stops and locks immediately upon obstruction or sudden power cut.
3. Each rack bay has independent electric braking function for separate locking and preventing unintended movement caused by mis‑operation.
4. Mechanical limit and anti‑toppling devices are fitted on top and bottom of racks for dual‑layer operational stability guarantee.
5. Buffer sealing parts are installed at rack joints to absorb closing impact and lower equipment wear.
Human‑Centered Design
1. Dual control modes including touch panel and physical buttons are provided with clear layout and simple logic for easy operation by new users.
2. Multiple operating modes are supported: single‑bay opening, multi‑bay linkage and full closure, adapting to different access requirements.
3. Even and soft travelling speed brings low running noise, fitting quiet environments of offices and archive repositories.
4. Classification marking zones are reserved on cabinets, facilitating partitioned storage, regular inventory and document retrieval.
5. The electric system features low failure rate and simple routine maintenance without frequent overhaul, suitable for long‑term continuous operation.
Surface Coating Process
All steel components of the equipment are fabricated from cold‑rolled steel sheets. Multi‑step pre‑treatment processes including degreasing, water washing, rust removal and phosphating are performed to remove oil stains and oxide layers on sheet surfaces.Eco‑friendly electrostatic powder spraying is adopted and cured under high temperature. The coating delivers delicate texture and stable adhesion with decent rust‑proof, moisture‑proof and wear‑resistant performance. Uniform and consistent color resists fading and peeling for long‑term indoor application.
Dimensions & Specifications

1. Standard unit dimension: H2280mm × W900mm × D520mm, supplied with six standard shelves. Overall dimensions can be custom‑adjusted upon request.
2. Tracks are made of thickened solid section steel with good ground fitting and stable load‑bearing capacity, resisting deformation under long‑term cyclic movement.
3. Uprights are stamped from 1.5 mm cold‑rolled steel sheets with evenly distributed adjusting holes for free shelf‑height adjustment.
4. Integrally‑welded reinforced chassis ensures even force distribution and firm support without shaking or offset during movement.
5. Dedicated silent drive motor features stable power consumption and soft start‑stop performance, suitable for long‑time high‑frequency working conditions.
6. Multi‑fold bent shelves keep flat surface and balanced stress with controllable deformation under rated storage load.
7. Dust‑proof plates, rat‑proof plates and sealing strips are equipped on cabinets to block dust and moisture and protect internal archival materials.
8. The whole set complies with manufacturing standards for archive‑repository equipment and applies to upgrading‑and‑renovation projects of standardized archive rooms.
