Manual Compact Shelving
Vault Door Support
Mobile Shelving Support Structural Features
1. The left‑right end racks can adopt double‑sided mobile racks fitted with door assemblies, or single‑sided mobile racks with wall panels installed on the outer side.
2. The transmission mechanism is equipped with roller chains and bearings for smooth operation with moderate cranking force. The crank lever supports automatic clutch function. The handle is fold‑away to reduce aisle obstruction; hand‑wheel type crank handle is also optional.
3. Two track types are available: surface‑mounted and recessed.
4. Locks are fitted on end racks to lock the whole rack group.
5. The base frame adopts segmented modular construction with high machining accuracy and interchangeable joints. It covers a wide range of section sizes for convenient transportation and installation.
6. Nominal load capacity per shelf: 40 kg for single‑sided configuration, 90 kg for double‑sided configuration. Special custom design is available for higher load requirements, which shall be specified in the contract.
Safety Features
1. Master lock is provided to secure the whole system.
2. Each bay is fitted with safety aisle lock to lower the risk of accidental pinching during operation.
3. Anti‑collision rubber buffers are installed on the frame of every bay to mitigate closing impact and reduce noise.
Human‑Centered Design
4. Dust‑proof top cover is equipped for each rack group to reduce dust ingress.
5. Anti‑toppling devices are arranged on top and bottom frames to improve operational stability.
6. Label holders are supplied for clear marking and easy classification & retrieval of documents.
Surface Coating Process
Cabinet bodies are press‑formed from cold‑rolled steel sheets. Surfaces go through multi‑step treatments including degreasing, rust removal and phosphating, followed by matte electrostatic powder spraying and high‑temperature plastic curing for good anti‑corrosion performance. The base is integrally welded. The rack adopts double‑column plug‑in structure with one‑piece shelves. Sections are separated by hanging panels. Side panels adopt concave‑convex profile; colors can be selected upon request.
Dimensions & Specifications

1. Standard dimension per unit: H 2300 mm × W 900 mm × D 540 mm, supplied with six shelves as standard. Rack height, width and shelf quantity can be adjusted as‑requested.
2. Compact shelving is built as steel frame construction. Tracks are made of 20 mm×20 mm square steel; galvanized finish or stainless steel sleeve options are available.
3. Uprights are made of 1.5 mm cold‑rolled steel sheet with evenly distributed clip‑in holes for hanging panels. Shelf quantity and spacing can be adjusted flexibly. Uprights are phosphated and powder‑coated for neat appearance and reliable rust resistance.
4. Chassis is manufactured from 3.0 mm cold‑rolled steel sheet, treated by degreasing, rust removal, phosphating and electrostatic powder spraying. Integral‑welded chassis delivers solid structure with good deformation resistance.
5. Transmission system consists of double‑row ball bearings, precision sprockets and matched chains. It features good fitting tolerance, stable positioning, flexible power transfer and smooth movement, complying with relevant standard requirements.
6. Shelves are formed by seven‑fold bending from 1.2 mm cold‑rolled steel sheet for high structural rigidity and stable load‑bearing. Small deflection occurs under rated load and shelves can recover after load removal. Shelves are phosphated and powder‑coated for clean look and rust‑proof durability.
7. Hanging panels and enclosure panels are made of 1.2 mm cold‑rolled steel sheet with neat profiles.
8. Door panels and side panels are produced from cold‑rolled steel sheets of corresponding thickness. Door surfaces are flat; side panels are one‑piece bent and finished with electrostatic powder spraying.
9. Crank assembly adopts roller bearing and two‑way overrunning clutch structure for neat appearance and comfortable grip. Fold‑away handle reduces aisle obstruction; cranking one bay will not interfere with adjacent bays.
10. Locking devices are fitted on end bays while braking devices are installed on middle bays. Every bay is equipped with brake mechanism for simple operation and reliable locking.
11. Magnetic sealing strips and other buffer sealing components are fitted between cabinets to achieve shock‑proof, dust‑proof and anti‑toppling effects.
12. Top panels, dust‑proof plates and rat‑proof baffles are made of cold‑rolled steel sheets of matching specifications. Combined with sealing structures, they realize dust‑proof, rat‑proof, moisture‑proof and light‑shielding performance.
